French Tulips - A STS Blog Train!!

It's the first of the month...and that means its Stuff To Scrap Blog Train time!! :) I LOVE the colors of this train! But did you know that Anyone can be part of the blog train? New and old designers alike! Just Click Here to go check out the blog train part of the forum. AND if you haven't checked out the store lately...then you'd have noticed...that I'm now an STS Designer!! I'm soo excited...and to begin this journey I've started my own design blog!     Thanks for this lovely kit :)
    Just one thing...I'm somewhat confused about the rules. Are we allowed to use your kit to make freebies such as backgrounds and headers provided for others? I would give full credit of course. I was just wondering and wanted to also let you know that I wouldn't creative things to resell for money or make kits with your elements as I am only 14. If I am not allowed to use them for simple freebies with full credit towards your kit and site, then I completely understand ;)

    I pretty much understand...so I am allowed to pre-make items such as backgrounds/headers for others with the kit if I contact the designer is what you're saying right?

    Hi, Thank you for this awesome part of the French Tulips BT. When I try to download it, however, 4Shared comes up with a request for a password. I looked all over your blogpost for that day, tho, and I couldn't find a password. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance for your help.
